Clams

Marco Barotti attempts to develop a language for the post-futuristic era. Audiovisual interventions circle and consumer objects, e-waste and audio technology combine to create moving sculptures that are triggered entirely by sound. The aim: to create a tech ecosystem inspired by animals that have a strong identity in our culture. In this way, Barotti, who also launches numerous interventions in the artist collectives Asphalt Piloten and Plastique Fantastique, creates awareness of our impact on the blue planet.
