DOOM DOOM DOOM (notes from the planetary garden)

The curatorial collective Zaira Oram realizes experimental exhibitions and interdisciplinary projects. Initiated by Francesca Ceccherini and Eleonora Stassi, it has expanded with the participation of Chloé Dall'Olio, Camille Regli, Elisa Bernardoni, Francesca Brusa and Magda Drozd. Their practice includes the exploration of visual art, performance and sound art as well as the creation of networks between different disciplines. KLANG MOOR SCHOPFE has invited the collective to curate a Schopf. The Swiss artist Axel Crettenand and the Russian composer, filmmaker, sound and video artist Ivan Kurbakov will take part in the project "DOOM DOOM DOOM (notes from the planetary garden)" and create a site-specific installation together. In doing so, they will question the theme of the end of the world and the possible relationships that humans develop with nature. For the production of the work, the artists and Zaira Oram will spend time in Gais to build a relationship with the local community. A new work by Ivan Kurbakov, "beware! beware! anthropocene is on air", can also be heard until October 31, 2023 on the digital platform curated by Zaira Oram Oto Sound Museum.
